Having navigated her own journey with mental health, she is a strong advocate for mental health awareness and inclusive, supportive environments. Her previous experience as a mentor on virtual platforms helped shape her passion for accessible, real-world support systems—values that align deeply with Expand’s mission.

In her current role as Executive Assistant, Ellie plays a vital part in keeping the organization running smoothly. From managing scheduling systems and team communications to organizing key documents and supporting client care coordination, her behind-the-scenes efforts help ensure consistency, clarity, and connection across the team.

Ellie is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Economics at Colorado State University, where she combines her love for environmental sustainability with her interest in systems thinking and community impact.
