Tasha D

Certified Peer Recovery Coach, Mentor

Tasha has worked in the wellness/recovery field for over a decade. What first drew her to this line of work was her own need for discovering a healing path, and a deep need for facing the challenges within, in a healthy, supportive, self loving way, and releasing old survival patterns and self limiting ways of being. During the course of her path of self discovery she learned many tools and techniques for upliftment including: mindfulness, relaxation, grounding, yoga, journaling, CBT/DBT, reiki, and various eastern energy practices. Tasha’s commitment to personal growth and self awareness constitute the greater purpose and priorities in her life and she feels passionately drawn towards giving back to others to serve and support them in whatever way is highest for the individual.

Tasha has worked both privately with clients and as a mentor since 2010. Most recently using her skills at a transitional living program in Boulder, Colorado, serving clients that are seeking support to integrate a higher level of functionality and well-being into their daily lives. She continues to seek education in this field and has several apprenticeship certifications that add to her value as a mentor.
