I am a wonderful combination of over 50 years of experiences, ups and downs! Each one of those experiences gave me bits and pieces, kind of like a jigsaw puzzle, of who I am today. Having explored communication, naturalhealing modalities and neuropsychology for the past 20 years, I have thrown myself full measure into studying what it is to be a human being, blending practical and academic achievements. I have worked in conflict management, conflict mediation, coaching, mentoring, teaching in communication skills & social and emotional intelligence, social services, and the addiction field. Being a mother of four, now adult children, I have been through it all, including the experience of having one of my kiddos take off and be on the street for almost 9 years deep in the drug abuse scene. The constant struggle as a parent, through these horrendous years gave me the deep understanding, humility, and strength to reachout and help those who are facing a similar journey. The children need assistance, but the parents often neglect their efforts towards resilience and health. Working with a local organization that taught in the mental health and addiction field for over 7 years and meeting with clients, families, and therapists and this experience demonstrated that to help anyone, I needed to be a strong, humble listener. Through listening deeply with humility, each person becomes their own guide with me as a fellow traveler along the path with them. I offer this cooperative journey to all who need a fellow traveler. When not serving as a professional in this field, you will find me dancing, running with my dog and playing pickleball!
