Ryan N
BA
Born of bohemian roots and coastal consciousness, Ryan is a natural renaissance individual with strong foundations in contemplative practice, parts-psychology, multi-disciplinary creativity and movement. Ryan is interested in what is true and possible for people, beyond the inherited beliefs or limiting patterns we so often find ourselves governed by, and maintains his confidence in people’s inherent capacity for deeper wellness and satisfaction. Amidst our many societal pressures or relational sentiments of “not being enough,” the essence of Ryan’s approach is in re-orienting us to a conscious internal core from which one’s aspirations can be healthfully realized, with the support of a compassionate and practical hand.
Ryan is a professionally trained meditation instructor, with a background in teaching awareness and compassion based practices on a group and individual basis in the Bay Area and Front Range of Colorado. He’s worked as an integral coach for college students with a holistic approach informed by internal family systems, embodiment, organization and Self-actualization. At his core, Ryan is a passionate maker. Solving problems and bringing novelty into creation is his highest joy-and this includes his process of helping others. When he’s not though, you’ll find him short-filmmaking, writing and reciting flash fiction, sketch and stand up comedy, working on his indie EP’s or designing something with his hands. When he needs to get moving, you’ll catch him mountain biking, doing martial arts, 5rhythms, or losing a rigged game of pickleball!
