Delaney D,
BA (MA candidate)
Delaney received her BA of psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder and is now pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at Metro State University with the goal of becoming a mental health clinician. Her journey towards this goal has been shaped by a blend of personal experiences, academic pursuits, and professional roles.
In her experience working in various roles at a facility catering to women seeking treatment for substance abuse, mental health issues, and trauma, Delaney has developed a deep passion for supporting others on their journey of healing and self-improvement. She is particularly drawn to addressing challenges related to ADHD, depression, and anxiety. Delaney aims to empower individuals in reaching their goals by adopting a holistic approach that takes into account each person's unique needs, backgrounds, experiences, and strengths.
With a playful spirit, quick-wit, and an empathetic nature, Delaney loves spending time outdoors (or, more specifically when it is above 60 degrees…), playing games, weight-lifting, and spending quality time with friends and family.
