Alexandra brings a rich background in psychology, human development, and relationship-centered support to her role as a mentor at Expand Mentoring. With professional experience in customer service, hospitality management, and caregiving, she has developed strong skills in communication, emotional presence, and holding space for others—particularly during times of transition or challenge.

Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies, and has a deep commitment to mental health, equity, and personal growth. She has worked with individuals across age groups, including children with behavioral needs and adults navigating complex social and emotional dynamics. Her bilingual communication skills in Spanish and French allow her to connect across cultures and foster inclusive, accessible support.

What do you love doing more than anything else in the world? Traveling and cooking

What’s your favorite food? That’s really really hard- I LOVE great food and depends on my mood. I guess brownies?

Your greatest accomplishment? Sobriety and graduating with my BA
